Refund Policy

Try before you buy

ALC Invites lets you build and preview your entire invitation for free, with no card required. You only pay when you decide to publish it, so you know exactly what you are buying before any payment is made.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your order date, provided the purchased invitation has not yet been published or shared with your guests.

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By publishing your invitation you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase. After publication, refunds are granted only where the service suffers a technical fault that we are unable to resolve.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund.
3. Alternatively, contact our support channel available from your account and we will help you through the process.

Subscriptions

For the Studio annual subscription, you can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until its end date and is refundable only under the conditions described above.

Custom design service

Custom design projects follow a separate agreement provided at the time of quote and are not covered by this policy. Refund conditions for custom work are specified in that agreement.
