Refund Policy

Try before you buy

ALC Invites lets you build and preview your entire invitation for free, with no card required. You only pay when you decide to publish it, so you know exactly what you are buying before any payment is made.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your order date, provided the purchased invitation has not yet been published or shared with your guests.

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By publishing your invitation you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase. After publication, refunds are granted only where the service suffers a technical fault that we are unable to resolve.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled directly by ALC digital products. To request a refund:

1. Write to info@alcdigitalinvites.com from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number, which you find in the order confirmation email.
3. We reply within 2 working days; approved refunds are credited to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days.

Subscriptions

The All-Access plan is sold as a 12-month purchase, not as an automatic subscription: nothing is charged again when it expires and there is nothing to cancel. To continue after the 12 months you simply buy the plan again. Refunds follow the conditions described above.

Custom design service

Custom design projects follow a separate agreement provided at the time of quote and are not covered by this policy. Refund conditions for custom work are specified in that agreement.
